You are welcome to call 33136660 and talk to an assistant, or click on to the page “Online booking”, where you have the opportunity to see and book available times. Not all available times can be booked online. Emergency appointments from day to day are cancellations and you rarely get to see them on Online Booking.
If you want a specific day, appointment at the end of the day / early in the morning, or a special length of time, you are welcome to call us.
If it is something that is urgent and there is nothing available on Online Booking, you have the opportunity to call us and we will do what we can to help you. If it is very urgent and the clinic is closed, please call and listen to our answering machine or contact 1813 or Tandlægevagten (‘Acute help options’).
If you do not have the opportunity to meet the agreed appointment, please contact the clinic so we can cancel the appointment, and you can get a new one. We remind you of current fees for “late cancellation” and “absences” (look at the fee page).
If you do not reach us on the telephone, you are welcome to leave a message on our answering machine, where you announce your name and CPR-number, as well as the scheduled appointment. Please call if you are late.
Note that if you book an appointment for a specific treatment you accept the clinic’s fees for this specific treatment, you agree to the treatment you have booked time for, and you agree to receive email / sms reminders.
If you want a consultation without treatment to maybe get a second opinion or a price estimate, we advise you to book 15-30 min. appointment. Of course, we do not provide clinical consultations or offers by phone or email without prior visit to the clinic. We need to see the conditions and journalize our fund and conversation.
