Do you have symptoms? DO NOT enter the clinic. If you have a fever, cough, sore throat, headache, muscle soreness or difficulty breathing, you must NOT enter the clinic. Not even if you have booked an appointment. We cannot accept patients with suspected COVID-19 for the sake of the other patients and staff. If you have a toothache, you must talk to us first by phone/email so that we can find a solution.

Remember hygiene. The dentists follow strict hygiene guidelines from the Danish Health Authority. You can contribute to the high level of hygiene:

Patients at increased risk of a severe course of COVID-19 (patients at risk) (who are not vaccinated)

  1. Elderly over 65 (especially over 80)
  2. People with the following chronic diseases:
  • Cardiovascular disease (does not apply to well-treated high blood pressure)
  • Lung disease (does not apply to mild and well-treated asthma)
  • Chronic kidney disease with reduced kidney function
  • Chronic liver disease
  • Diabetes type 1 and 2, especially if you have side effects
  • Muscular diseases and neuromuscular diseases where you have reduced coughing power or difficulty in getting rid of mucus from the respiratory tract
  • Severe overweight with a BMI over 35-40, depending on whether you have other risk factors
  • Special blood diseases where there is considered to be an increased risk of complications
  • 3. People with a weakened immune system as a result of:
  • Blood diseases
  • Organ transplantation
  • Immunosuppressive treatment, including chemotherapy or radiotherapy as part of cancer treatment
  • HIV infection with severe impact on the immune system
  • 4. Children with chronic illness (as above) or who have sequelae after being born prematurely
  • 5. Pregnant women and women up to two weeks after giving birth (based on a precautionary principle)
