Hygiene requirements

In a dental clinic, hygiene is one of the most important things. When hygiene is at its best, the risk of complications in connection with your treatment is reduced. Likewise, good hygiene is also important for the staff, as they also protect themselves in this way. We take pride in the fact that the clinic meets our own high demands to the point where we would be able to sit in the chair with a clear conscience.

All common and standardized requirements prescribed by e.g. The Agency for Patient Safety, the Statens Serum Institut and the National Board of Health are of course fulfilled and are being complied with, which i.a. includes the following:

  • Compliance with the National Infection Hygiene Guidelines
  • Correct hand washing, use of gloves and other protective equipment.
  • Proper cleaning between each patient.
  • Use of disposable items where possible.
  • Proper cleaning and sterilization of equipment and instruments. The instruments are available in holders and packaging, so both you and we know that they are clean and ready for use.
  • Greater daily cleaning of e.g. surfaces, chair, suction and unit.
