Payment

  • Full payment must be settled on the day of treatment at each visit.
  • Payment is made with Dankort
  • If agreed in advance, we may accept cash (maximum amount is below DKK 10,000 according to SKAT’s rules) or credit card. We do not have MobilePay.
  • We do not send / deliver an invoice for home payment.
  • No installment plan after completion of treatment.
  • If you need installments/credit, you can visit denti.dk for information. Remember you must have an agreement in place before we start the work.
  • All amounts involving technique and surgery: 50% in advance and the remaining amount on the day of treatment before delivery or surgery.
  • With surgery, we want to make it easier for you and us. We settle on the treatment day before the operation is performed. It is more hygienic at the reception and you can get home faster.
  • Complex treatments (eg orthodontics) that take several months are paid in installments from the time the treatment phase is planned and started until it is completed. It is done with 50% at the start, a conto amount along the way and paid in full on the day of delivery.
  • Implant treatments: The surgery phase and the crown/prosthesis phase are paid separately and you get 2 different estimates. There are typically 3-9 months between phases. For each phase, 50% applies in advance and the remaining amount on the treatment day before the operation part and the crown/prosthesis handover, respectively.
  • By paying the full amount in advance of certain very large and complex treatments, a reduction in the price is given as a thank you. Ask for more information. It is not given for health insurance benefits.
  • You will be offered an estimate. If this is not received, please feel free to ask for a copy at any time.
  • If you have Sygesikringen Danmark, please let us know about this, as we will notify you when the amount has been registered as paid in our system.
  • If you have other insurance policies or receive subsidies from the municipality, you can get an additional receipt for the paid bill, which you can submit to them.
