Tooth colored fillings

In addition to the function of your teeth, the aesthetics are the second most important. Therefore, we always strive to make your teeth look as natural as possible. Plastic fillings looks very natural. It is often difficult to spot a plastic filling from your real tooth if it is made properly. Sometimes, the untrained eye cannot even spot such a filling.

Replacement of silver fillings

If an old silver filling is well-functioning there is no reason to replace it immediately. If, however, it becomes leaky, caries occur at it, or it breaks – If possible these silver fillings will be replaced with plastic.

Replacement of plastic fillings

A real tooth and a plastic filling will not be discolored to the same extent. A plastic filling can  get a different color in relation to the tooth, even though the color was identical with the real tooth when the filling was made. By replacing the old filling with a new one, the tooth can look natural again.

Close spaces

Plastic can also be used to close small spaces. However, there are limitations on how large and where the space is located, so plastic can not be seen as an alternative to proper dental regulation.
